Rule 3.1549 Voir dire

Before a jury trial starts, the court questions potential jurors to see if they can be fair. This process is called voir dire.

Both sides in a case can work together to create a single written questionnaire for potential jurors to fill out. Submitting this questionnaire together, rather than separately, helps the process move faster.
