Rule 3.726 Stipulation to alternative dispute resolution

When everyone involved in a case agrees to try resolving their dispute outside of court, such as through mediation or arbitration, they need to fill out a specific form together. This form is called an ADR stipulation form.

All parties must complete this form jointly and then file it with the court. Filing it makes the agreement official and part of the court record.
