Rule 10.900 Case management and calendaring system

Every California superior court must have a system to manage and schedule civil cases. This system helps keep cases moving forward in an organized way.

The system is meant to meet specific goals set by the state's judicial standards, which focus on handling cases fairly and without unnecessary delays. Each court sets up its own version of this system, but all courts must follow the same basic goals.
