Rule 7.2303 Participation in accountability hearings (§ 5979)
CARE Act Rules
The respondent and the respondent's counsel are entitled to be present at and participate in all proceedings under section 5979(a) and (b).
Rule 7.2303 adopted effective September 1, 2023.
