Rule 7.50 Description of pleading in notice of hearing

When you file a legal document in a probate case, any notice of hearing that goes along with it must include the full, exact title of that document.

This means you cannot use a shortened version or a vague description. For example, if your document is called "Petition for Final Distribution of Estate," the notice must say exactly that, not just "petition" or "distribution request."

This rule helps make sure that everyone who receives the notice knows exactly which document is being discussed at the hearing.
