Rule 7.707 Application of compensation provisions

When a court decides how much to pay someone for their work in a probate case, it uses the payment rules that were in effect on the day the court signs the order, not the rules from when the case first started.

This only applies to cases that began after June 30, 1991. If your case started before that date, different rules may apply to how compensation is calculated.
