Rule 2.10 Scope of rules

These rules cover both paper documents and electronic documents. It does not matter whether you print something out and hand it in or submit it online. The same rules apply either way.

If a specific rule says something different about electronic or paper filing, that specific rule takes over. But as a general starting point, assume the rules apply to both.
