Rule 2.130 Application

These rules cover all official court forms used in California trial courts. This includes forms made by the Judicial Council, forms made by local courts, and any other official forms you might need to fill out and submit.

The rules apply whether you turn in your forms on paper or file them online. If a specific rule works differently for paper versus electronic filing, that rule will say so directly.
