Rule 2.141 Local court forms

Local courts can create their own forms for people to use when filing paperwork. These forms must follow the guidelines set out in the rules listed here.

If you are filing documents with a local court, check whether that court has its own required forms. Using the wrong form or an outdated one could slow down your case.
