Rule 2.833 Documents and exhibits

Temporary judges and the people who appear before them must follow the same rules for filing and handling paperwork and evidence as any other court proceeding. These rules cover how documents get submitted, stored, and managed during a case.

If you are part of a case handled by a temporary judge, you still need to follow the standard court rules for your paperwork. Nothing changes just because your case is in front of a temporary judge instead of a regular judge.
