Rule 120 Duties of Register as to Accounts Filed

When someone files an account with the Court of Chancery, the Register in Chancery has a set of specific jobs to do. The Register checks the account, looks over any receipts or other supporting documents, and makes sure the math adds up.

After reviewing everything, the Register signs off on the account to confirm whether it looks correct or not. The Register also notes the date that the required notices were mailed out to the people who needed to receive them.
