Rule 146 Receivership Claims Filed with Register

If a court appoints a Magistrate in Chancery to review creditor claims in a receivership case, those claims must be filed with the Register, not with the Magistrate.

This means that if you are a creditor trying to get money from a business in receivership, you need to send your paperwork to the Register's office. Filing with the wrong person could cause problems with your claim.
