Rule 157 Testimony at Hearing on Exceptions

When someone objects to a claim or an account in a case, any witnesses who testify at that hearing follow the same rules as witnesses in any other case before the Court of Chancery.

This means the normal procedures apply, such as taking an oath, being questioned by both sides, and following the court's standard rules for testimony. There are no special or different rules just because the hearing is about objections to claims or accounts.
