PROBATE PROCEDURES
Magistrate in Chancery: Procedure An inventory and account rendered by a personal representative may be referred by the Court to a Magistrate in Chancery, whose duty it shall be within the time set forth in the order of appointment, to examine the matter and report thereon in writing to the Court.
