Rule 202 Testimony on Hearing of Exceptions

When someone files exceptions (formal objections) to a court decision, there will be a hearing where witnesses can testify. The hearing works the same way as any other court hearing.

A judge or a Magistrate in Chancery will listen to the testimony and handle the hearing. A Magistrate in Chancery is a court official who has authority to manage certain court proceedings.
