Rule 204 Court Costs

The Register of Wills office charges fees when you file certain documents or requests related to wills and estates. These fees are set by Delaware law, specifically under Title 12, Section 2510 of the Delaware Code.

If you need something done that is not covered by that law, a judge will decide what the fee should be. You cannot assume something is free just because the law does not mention it.
