Rule 82 Jurisdiction and Venue Unaffected

The court's procedural rules are just about how cases are handled, not about which cases the court can hear. They do not give the court more power or less power than it already has under Delaware law.

If a court already has the authority to hear a certain type of case, these rules do not change that. And if a case belongs in a different court or location, these rules do not move it.
