Rule 91 Technology Disputes Arising at Law

The Delaware Court of Chancery can handle technology disputes, but only under certain conditions. If someone is suing only for money in a technology case, the amount they are asking for must be more than one million dollars.

If the amount you are seeking is one million dollars or less, you will need to take your technology case to a different court. This rule sets a financial minimum that must be met before the Court of Chancery will hear that type of case.
