Rule 506 Political Vote

You have the right to keep your vote private. If someone asks how you voted in a secret ballot election, you can refuse to answer, even in court.

There are two situations where this protection goes away. First, if a court finds that you voted illegally, you can be required to say how you voted. Second, Delaware election laws may require you to disclose your vote in certain situations, and a court can order you to share that information.
