Rule 100 Divorce and annulment

This rule no longer exists. It was removed from the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules back in 1972.

If you have a divorce or annulment case in Delaware, you will need to look at a different set of rules. Delaware Family Court handles divorce and annulment cases and has its own rules that apply to those situations.
