Rule 131 Application to Court for modification of Rules

If everyone involved in a case agrees, they can ask the court to change how most of the court's rules apply to their case. The court still has to say yes before any changes take effect.

This flexibility does not apply to Rules 129 and 130, which cannot be changed by agreement. Those two rules stay in place no matter what the parties want.
