Rule 53 Masters

This rule was removed and no longer exists in the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules. It once covered the use of "masters," who are people appointed by a court to help handle certain parts of a case.

You do not need to worry about this rule when dealing with a Delaware Superior Court civil case. If you have questions about how cases are managed or who handles them, other rules in this set will cover that.
