Rule 1 Term of Court

The Delaware Supreme Court operates on a single term that runs from January 1 through December 31 each year. This is different from some courts that break their year into multiple separate terms.

If your case requires oral arguments, the court will schedule them according to its rules or by a direct order from the court. You do not get to pick when oral arguments happen.
