Rule 84 Code of Judicial Conduct

Judges in Delaware must follow a specific set of rules about how they should behave. These rules are called the Delaware Judges' Code of Judicial Conduct.

This code applies to all judges in Delaware, no matter which court they work in. The rules were first put in place in 1993 and can be updated over time.
