Rule 86 Unauthorized Practice of Law Subcommittee of the Board on Professional

A special group called the Unauthorized Practice of Law Subcommittee handles cases where someone may be practicing law without a license in Delaware. This group is part of a larger oversight board called the Board on Professional Responsibility.

This subcommittee follows two sets of rules: Supreme Court Rule 62 and its own specific rules. If you have a complaint about someone practicing law without a license, this is the group that would look into it.
