Rule 34 Willful noncompliance with rules and certain statutes.

This rule deals with what happens when court employees or officials break important rules on purpose. If someone who works in Alabama's court system knowingly ignores a major rule or requirement they're supposed to follow, they can be held in contempt of court.

Before this can happen, the person must first get fair warning that they are not following the rules. This gives them a chance to fix the problem or explain their side before facing any penalty.

The Alabama Supreme Court or any other court with proper authority can bring the contempt charge. This rule is meant to keep court officials and employees accountable, making sure they follow the rules that keep the court system running fairly and smoothly.
