Rule 27 Modification. [Rescinded.]

This rule no longer exists. It used to cover how juvenile court orders could be changed or modified, but it was officially removed on October 1, 2011.

If you're dealing with a juvenile court case now, this old rule won't apply to you. Courts today follow whatever current rules have replaced it. If you need to know how modifications work in juvenile cases now, you'll want to check the current version of the Alabama Rules of Juvenile Procedure instead of relying on this rescinded rule.
