Rule 101 Issuance of Judgment

When the court determines that the proposed judgment and order, proposed peremptory writ and any findings of fact and conclusions of law, or any amendments thereof which may have been necessary, are satisfactory, the court shall sign the judgment and order, the peremptory writ, if any, and findings of fact and conclusions of law, if any. The clerk shall then file the judgment. A copy of the signed judgment and order, peremptory writ, if any, along with notice of entry of judgment shall be served on both parties.
