Rule 88 Rules of Civil Procedure Applicable

Unless otherwise indicated herein the American Samoa Rules of Civil Procedure are applicable to hearings on petitions for extraordinary relief. Review of executive or administrative acts or failure to act is had in the Trial Division of the High Court. Review of acts of failures to act by the Village Courts and District Court is had in the Trial Division. Review of acts or failures to act by the Trial Division is had in the Appellate Division of the High Court.
