Rule 98 Judgment

Based upon the decision of the court, the prevailing party shall prepare a proposed judgment and order for issuance of a peremptory writ, a proposed peremptory writ, if any, and, if requested by either party at the time of hearing or by the court at any time, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. These papers must be filed with the court and served on the opposing party within 5 days of its decision.
