Rule 10 Satisfaction of Judgment

If the judgment or order be against the defendant or crossdefendant , he shall pay the same forthwith or at any time and upon such terms and conditions as the judge shall prescribe. Immediately upon receipt of payment of the judgment, the judgment creditor or his assignee shall file with the court an acknowledgment of satisfaction of judgment.
