Rule 104 Attorney’s and Legal Practitioner’s Conduct

The conduct of attorneys and legal practitioners shall be governed by the American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct . Violations of the Model Rules shall result in an appropriate disciplinary action. Effective May 17, 1993
