Rule 155 Grounds for Discipline
Rule Text
The following shall constitute misconduct and grounds for discipline:
(a) any act or omission by a member which breaches the Rules of Professional Conduct, as amended;
(b) conviction of a crime involving mora turpitude; and
(c) inability of an attorney to competently represent his clients for any reason whatsoever. Effective June 16, 1989
