Rule 159 Duty of Complainant

It is the duty of the person making a complaint, upon request, to supply additional information, including the names and addresses of witnesses and all writing or other evidence in his or her possession concerning the matter, to testify at any investigation, informal hearing, or formal proceeding on the matter and to otherwise assist the High Court in obtaining or securing evidence.
