Rule 163 Composition of Hearing Panel
Rule Text
The Chief Justice shall appoint a hearing panel consisting of an associate justice, a district court judge who did not conduct the informal hearing, and one associate judge. Should a district court judge not be available for the hearing panel, an associate judge may be substituted for him.
