Rule 176 Decision
Rule Text
The opinion of the majority of the hearing panel shall constitute the panel’s decision. After a decision is reached it shall be shall be served upon the member and the complainant. The hearing panel shall make its decision in writing. The decision shall contain a brief statement of the proceedings had, findings of fact, and the action taken.
