Rule 179 Effective Date of Discipline

Imposition of discipline shall be effective immediately after service on the member of the hearing panel’s decision unless a stay has been granted by the Chief Justice, in which case imposition of discipline shall be effective immediately after service of the Chief Justice’s decision on the member.
