Rule 3 Application & Scope

These rules apply to the High Court, District Court and the Village Courts. They supplement the applicable provisions of the American Samoa Code Annotated and are to be construed so as to be consistent with the Code and to promote the just, efficient and economical administration and determination of every action and proceeding.
