Rule 33 Fees Payable in Clerk’s Office

For those who wish to have the Marshal’s Office serve process, all fees and advance deposits are payable to the Clerk’s Office at the time of the request for service. In the event that there is any expense greater than the advance deposit, the Marshal’s Office may require additional advances from the attorney or the litigant.
