Rule 44 Penalties

Damaging or defacing any book or reference in the law library, removing any book from the library without permission, or failing to return a book on the due date may result in deprivation of the privilege or using the library, liability for loss or damage, or such other disciplinary action as may be imposed by the Chief Justice.
