VII. Post–Verdict Proceedings | Rule 28. Retention and Destruction of Records and Evidence
Rule Text
The provisions of this rule apply to all records and evidence in the possession of the clerk, prosecuting agency, and law enforcement agency as of the effective date of these rules regardless of the date on which the records were made or the evidence obtained.
