§ 2-301 Appellate Court Fees

A. Purpose. A.R.S. § 12-119.01 (C) provides, “The supreme court may increase the Class A and B fees prescribed in subsection A of this section.” A.R.S. 12-120.31 (A) provides, “Fees and costs in the court of appeals shall be the same as supreme court fees and costs pursuant to § 12-119.01.” This section establishes the current Class A and B fees and reflects the rest of the fees established by statute for the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.

B. Fees.
