Rule 16 Publication of Tax Court Decisions

When the Tax Court makes a decision in a case, that decision can be published so the public can read it. Any party involved in the case, or a judge or commissioner, can ask for the decision to be published.

The publication process follows the same rules used by the Arizona Supreme Court under their Rule 111. This means the Tax Court uses a standard set of guidelines to decide how and where the decision gets published.
