Rule 3 Tax Court Clerk

The Tax Court has its own dedicated clerk who handles paperwork and official court business. This person is a deputy clerk from the Maricopa County Superior Court, assigned specifically to work with the Tax Court.

If you file documents or need help with Tax Court records, this is the person you would deal with. Having a dedicated clerk means there is one specific office handling Tax Court matters rather than routing everything through the general Superior Court clerk's office.
