Rule 7.06 Decision By The Arkansas Supreme Court
Rule Text
The findings of the Board shall not be reversed unless the Arkansas Supreme Court finds them to be clearly erroneous. The Arkansas Supreme Court shall review the case de novo upon the record presented.
