Rule 8.408 Record in multiple appeals in the same case

When multiple people appeal the same court decision, the court only needs to prepare one set of records for all those appeals combined. This saves time and avoids creating duplicate paperwork.

The deadline for filing that single record is based on the last appeal that was filed. So if several appeals are filed at different times, everyone waits until the deadline tied to the most recent one before the record needs to be ready.
