Rule 8.710 Application

When someone goes to court to force another party into arbitration and the court says no, they have the right to appeal that decision. This set of rules controls how that appeal works.

The appeal mostly follows the same rules as other civil appeals in California. There are just a few special rules that apply only to this type of appeal, and those special rules take priority when they conflict with the general ones.
