Rule 3.1140 Lodging of record in administrative mandate cases

If you are taking a government agency to court to challenge its decision, you will likely need to use official records from that agency as part of your case. These records are called the administrative record.

You must file (or "lodge") the parts of that record with the court at least five days before your hearing. If you wait until the last minute, the court may not be able to consider those documents.
