Rule 662 The owner of the legal title to property is presumed to be the owner of the full beneficial title.

If your name is on the title of a property, the court assumes you are the true owner with full rights to that property. This applies to things like real estate, vehicles, or other titled property.

Someone can challenge that assumption, but they have to prove their case with strong, convincing evidence. A weak argument or just saying you have a claim is not enough to overcome this presumption. The burden falls on the person trying to dispute the titled owner's rights.
