Rule 1.43 Legibility

When you file a Judicial Council form with the court, it must be a clean, clear copy of the official form. The text and fields need to be easy to read, just like a freshly printed version would be.

If you print or copy the form at home, make sure the ink is dark enough and the text is not blurry or cut off. A hard-to-read form may not be accepted by the court.
